FlowSig is operated by FlowSig OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. For questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected] or contact support on Telegram.
FlowSig reads messages from Telegram channels and public X accounts you connect, filters them with an AI model and your own prompt, and — only if you choose — places orders on your selected Binance Futures, Bybit Perpetual, or OKX Perpetual account using risk settings you configure yourself (size, leverage, stop-loss, take-profit). Every trade can run in Test (simulated) or Live mode. Test mode is on by default, but you can enable Live mode whenever you choose.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to trade derivatives in your jurisdiction to use FlowSig. Futures trading is restricted or banned in some countries — it's your responsibility to check local law before connecting an exchange account.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential. One person may not operate multiple accounts to claim more than one free trial — see Section 4.
New accounts get a one-time, 3-day free trial with no card required. To keep this fair, we check the registration IP address, the connected Telegram phone number, and the connected exchange API key against other accounts; a trial already claimed by any of these will not be granted again automatically. We may suspend the trial benefit on accounts we reasonably believe were created to bypass this limit.
Paid plans are billed once for a fixed period (30 or 365 days) in cryptocurrency — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Access ends at the end of the paid period unless you manually renew. Payments are processed by a third-party crypto payment provider; FlowSig never receives your wallet's private keys.
Because access is granted immediately and consumed over the paid period, payments are non-refundable once the period has started, except where required by law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Futures trading is highly risky and can result in the loss of your entire balance, including through leverage. FlowSig is a tool that automates order placement according to rules you set — it does not give financial advice, does not guarantee any outcome, and is not responsible for the content of the signal sources you choose to follow. You decide which sources to trust, what size and leverage to use, and whether to use Live or Test mode. Past channel performance shown in the app, including results from Test mode, is not a guarantee of future results.
Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest, and FlowSig rejects any key with withdrawal permission at the moment you connect it — the service can only place and close orders, never move funds out. Your Telegram session is likewise encrypted and used only to read messages in channels/groups you explicitly add — FlowSig never sends messages from your account. X sources use FlowSig's shared application access and only read public posts from accounts you explicitly select.
We aim to keep the signal pipeline and trading engine running continuously, but provide the service on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance or upstream outages (Telegram, X, Binance, Bybit, OKX, our payment provider) may interrupt service temporarily.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSig and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, exchange or Telegram outages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or abuses the free trial. You can delete your own account and all associated data at any time from the Security page.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
